Hi Valerie (and everyone else who winds up reading this, of course)!
I also cannot stand waiting for so long because I always start feeling very good about the upcoming results (cautious optimism) and finally I end up doubting myself, I hate waiting basically.
As far as individual papers go, I was very apprehensive about writing and reading (because I usually do not get as much practise as I would like) but I found both quite easy (surprisingly). On the other hand, when it came to the reading or listening parts that I was very confident about I found some parts quite tricky, especially reading part 3 (something about an expedition to Antarctica maybe? they ran out of gasoline at some point?) and the final part of the listening test (a couple discussing celebrities) just because I was so damn exhausted and it was the last part of CPE that I took.
If you do not mind me asking - are you hoping for a specific result or it is just imporant for you to pass (everyone approaches these things differently) and do you need it for a specific purpose?
I might end up needing in the future at university if I want to go and spend some portion of my studies abroad. As far as results are concerned, I am really hoping for an A, I mean I would not mind getting a B but given the cost of taking the exam in my country plus the time I spent preparing I would feel that I let myself down with any other result (yes, I am quite hard on myself
).
