Writing Class: Set Texts
What are 'Set Texts'?
These are works of literature - usually novels - that are studied in advance of the FCE exam and can be written on in Paper 2 (Writing) as an optional question.
What are the current Set Texts?
From December 2008 to December 2009 the set texts are:
- Charles Dickens, Great Expectations (Macmillan or any edition)
- Gaston Leroux, The Phantom of the Opera (Penguin or any edition)
